She has been working on a triology since 2017. The first leg of it was an exhibition on the concept of death called we do not know this to be so at Galeri Nev, İstanbul in 2018. The exhibition included works by artists who recognized that death not only means loss, separation, mourning, but is also a blessing of life and are thus not afraid of paradoxes and looking death in the face.
The second stage was an exhibition on the concept of vulnerability entitled Also Your Wound, Rosa at Kurtulus Greek Primary School in 2022. The artists’ works acknowledged various layers of vulnerabilities as a potential for change. The exhibition aspired to encourage spectators to open themselves to different perceptions of vulnerability and to let themselves be affected by what they are looking at.
The last leg of the trilogy is scheduled for 2025.
Uran previously curated Endgame in Space Loop in Seoul, Korea in 2008, An Artist Who Cannot Speak English is No Artist at Artists Space, New York in May 2006 and a forest and a tree in Newbourg, New York in April 2005 which has traveled to Kunsthalle Exnergasse, Vienne in March 2007.
